Wrapping up


Increased font size on map screen
Fixed mouse cursor getting hidden after dialog/store with mouse/keyboard
Added next button to dialog
Cleaned up controller input on dialog
Fixed not dying from non-engine train car collision
Kill targets spawn spread out a little more
Fixed HUD staying invisible after dialog

Moved player start to not be blocked by train
